Commissioned by AKQA New York to animate UI/UX prototype interactions for the redesigned My Verizon app — serving over 100 million subscribers. The app centers on a conversational interface and intuitive self-service experience, with features including a personalized feed, simplified billing, a data hub, and on-demand support. I animated UI interactions across multiple stages of production, from early concept presentations and usability testing through to the final marketing assets for launch.
